Foods that have no sugar, and low in all types of fat?

*???[[Good&?&Broken]]???* asked:

I need to eat foods that have very low sugar and low in saturated, trans, monounsaturated, polyunsaturated fats. I can have SOME regular fats, but not much. I would really appreciate a serious, YUMMY answer. TY! :)
Yes, I am looking for specific meal and snack ideas thank you! :)

Try a macrobiotic diet… there’s very little emphasis on fruits and fats (they consider eating those tantamount to poisoning yourself) and a heavy focus on lean meats and fish (or even vegetarianism) and lots of vegetables.

Are you allergic to fat or something? If you are, it’s a wonder you’re alive–you need fats in order to absorb vitamins A, E, and K.

Skinless chicken breast is low-fat & very versatile. Use fat free Italian dressings as marinade before baking or grilling or bake in Mexican OR Italian diced tomatoes from a can.
Try a chicken/rice/broccoli hot dish with a low-fat cream soup as the base.

White fish is also good–you can spray with butter spray, roll in crumbs & bake, or cook it in salsa, which has no fat.
Smaller amounts of lean cuts of pork aren’t too bad, you can use some great rubs and spice blends before baking or grilling.

Read your labels–if something is low in fat, it will surely be prominent on the label.

Good luck…it may be a good idea to invest in a low-fat or diabetic cookbook.
