    Better than regular sodas? Yes

    Good for you? No

Sodas are full of sodium (salt) which makes you retain water…which makes you bloat…which makes you fat.

They are also full of artificial flavorings (chemicals).

    Drink water.

    Need to lose weight?

no, diet sodas have a lot of sodium in them and the caffeine in them is bad, stick with water, milk and OJ, cranberry juice rocks too!

Well drinking diet soda is better for you than always drinking normal soda. That is until you drink about 4 or 5 a day then that’s basically the same as drinking a normal soda, just without the calories. I’d play it safe and keep them on low amounts.

Please stop drinking diet sodas or anything with artificial sweetners in it. Artificial sweetners are chemicals they are not good for you!!! Aspartame is known to cause the symptoms of M.S., epilepsy, fybromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome just to name a few. Sugar is known to be safe. You make the choice!

Definitely not good for you. Better than regular sodas. WIll still rot your teeth, and do other unhealthy things…

0 calories is a plus, but even if it doesn’t put weight on you, that doesn’t mean it’s healthy, you know? It’s still bad.

Don’t let it stop you, though… Just learn moderation. A soda once in a while is a-okay, just don’t drink it constantly. If you have a weight problem you might want to cut it off completely until you feel that you’re in the position to occassionally having one without abusing it.

Definitely not. Diet sodas are even worse than normal sodas because the artificial sugar in the diet soda such as aspartame cause cancer.

I love diet coke too. If I get too hot during the day I can not knowingly go through a 12 pack. And if that’s all you drink without drinking anything else you can get as urinary tract infection. Not fun trust me I’ve had it happen. Plus everyone wears it can give you cancer and memory loss if you drink diet pop but I don’t think it’s ever been proved. Plus if you drink oj and anything that’s citrus it will ruin your teeth.
